2 Pa. residents injured in head-on crash today

NEW CASTLE, Pa.

Two people were flown to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown after their vehicles collided head on here.

Jesse A. Swanson, 20, of Slippery Rock and Daniel J. Book, 22, of New Castle crashed at 4:10 a.m. today.

Swanson was driving a 2000 Toyota Solara south on Pa. Route 19 before hitting Book’s 1992 Chevrolet S-10 truck, which was traveling north on Route 19.
