CAMPBELL

Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church provided the setting for the June 23 wedding ceremony of Jennifer Schuler of Poland and Ioannis Kalouris of Canfield. The Rev. Steve Denas officiated at the 2 p.m. service.

A reception followed at Antone’s Banquet Center, Boardman.

Parents of the newlyweds are George and Teresa Schuler of Poland and Michael and Susan Kalouris of Canfield.

After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple reside in Canfield.

The bride wore a strapless white organza A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline accented with beaded embroidery.

Tracy Vivo, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jami Schuler, sister-in-law of the bride; Mikhaila Kalouris, sister of the groom; Jennifer Hosmer; Angela Mavrikis; Erin Banko; April Zentko; Megan Monaco; Abby Farris and Pandyiota Mallias, goddaughter of the groom. Julia and Sophia Schuler, bride’s nieces, and Nina Kalouris, goddaughter of the groom, were flower girls. The attendants wore pool blue gowns.

Tim Markulin performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were George Schuler, brother of the bride; Antoni Zembillas, brother-in-law of the groom; Robert Wilson; Vincenzo Florio; Joseph Banko; Elefterios Kokkinos, cousin of the groom; Robert Rutkousky; Bryan Kay and Ioannis Tiliakos, cousin of the groom. Samuel and Andrew Schuler, bride’s nephews, and Nicholas Svoboda, cousin of the groom, were ring bearers. James Vivo, brother-in-law of the bride, was an usher.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Youngstown State University. She is a kindergarten teacher at Austintown schools.

The groom received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Case Western Reserve University. He is an intern at Xavier University School of Medicine.
