Anderson will speak at Salvation Army event
YOUNGSTOWN
Dr. Cynthia Anderson, Youngstown State University president, will be keynote speaker at the Salvation Army Mahoning County Area Services’ annual civic dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Lake Club, 140 Paulin Road.
Honorees are Carol J. Bigelow, Sam Covelli and Dale Sheeley Sr., who will be recognized for their dedication to the work of the Salvation Army.
