YOUNGSTOWN
The YMCA of Youngstown, 17 N. Champion St., will begin its second session of Resume Play, an entry-level fitness program designed for women looking to become more physically active.
The six-week program, geared to empty nesters and educators approaching summer break, will take place from 8 to 9 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday mornings from June 5 through July 12. Classes will include aerobics, body sculpting, Pilates and yoga.
The program is open to all women. The fee is $10 for Y members, $25 for nonmembers and free for members who take a nonmember. For information call Laura Bright at 330-742-4785.
