Statewide sale of homes continues to improve
Home sales throughout the state continued to grow in April making it 10 consecutive months of improving sales.
Sales of new and existing homes increased 11.3 percent during the first four months of 2012 compared to the prior year. There were 30,609 homes sold, according to statistics provided by the state’s Multiple Listing Services.
