Martin earns athletic, academic honors at Walsh

Canfield graduate Molly Martin, a junior at Walsh University, was recently honored with several athletic awards at the conclusion of soccer season.

Martin was named Ohio Independent Conference Player of the Year, as well as Walsh’s team Most Valuable Player. She also earned several state honors including First Team All-Ohio and First Team Academic All-Ohio by the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association, First Team All-Conference Ohio Independent Conference and First Team All-American Mideast Conference.

She is attending Walsh on a soccer and track scholarship.
