youngstown — The faith-based ACTION, Alliance for Congregational Transformation Influencing Our Neighborhoods, plans a public rally in support of improved public education from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 7 Garland Ave.
Featured speakers will include Youngstown City Schools Superintendent Connie Hathorn, state Sen. Joe Schiavoni of Canfield, D-33rd, and Will Bagnola, president of the Youngstown Education Association.
