“Community Connection” (7 a.m. Sunday on 21 WFMJ-TV; and 10 a.m. Tuesday on Time Warner Cable community access channel): The Women of Color Expo, sponsored by WRBP radio and WFMJ, will focus on the development of the urban woman. Tiffany Allen, aka T-Luv of 102-Jamz radio, and Courtney Houston, writer, will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the event.

Next, Roberta Cykon of the Integrity Beauty Woman of Excellence organization will discuss Helen L. Albert, the first African-American registered nurse in Trumbull County. Cykon has an annual event to honor women in the community in the name of Albert, who was her mentor and friend.

“Increase the Peace” (6:30 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday on MyYTV): Host Andrea Mahone’s guest will be Katrina Walker of Hospice of the Valley, who will discuss how to deal with grief.

“Sunday Morning with Dee” (8 a.m. Sunday on WKBN-TV 27): Host Dee Crawford’s guests will be Kay Lavelle, coordinator of the Senior Service Unit of Mahoning County Sheriff, and James Henshaw, director of Austintown Senior Center. “Monumental: In Search of America’s National Treasure Live” will be shown at movie theaters nationwide, include Tinseltown, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Actor Kirk Cameron will host the event, which will reveal the story of the unlikely men and women who helped shape education, government and civic life in the United States.

The event will include performances from Christian music artists and interviews with media, faith and political figures who will share ways to keep America’s ideals alive. Tickets are at the Tinseltown box office.
