Meeting on fracking set Sunday in Shalersville, Pa.

SHALERSVILLE, Pa. — A meeting to discuss protection for water, air, and land from hydrofracking for natural gas will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at the King of Glory Church, 1667 State Route 303, next to the Streetsboro Post Office.

The meeting has been organized by Shalersville neighbors concerned about the permitted exploration well to be drilled at the intersection of Webb and Infirmary roads.

The group has created a new website that already has some information, called www.Shalersvilleagainstfracking.com.
