W. Pa. newspaper delivery truck stolen

PITTSBURGH (AP) — Police say they’ve arrested a woman who allegedly stole a newspaper delivery truck in Pittsburgh.

Authorities say 24-year-old Chaqua Rena Locke of Pittsburgh allegedly took the delivery truck early this morning and then drove away.

Police say the vehicle refused to stop and then backed into a Duquesne University police cruiser, and that Locke says the news truck almost hit her so the driver “deserved to have it taken.”

Locke is charged with robbery, traffic violations, driving without a license, and other charges.
