Police: Ohio man photographed 11 women at salon
HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) — Police say images of 11 women have been found on the cellphone of a man charged with using it to secretly photograph them in tanning booths at a southwest Ohio salon.
Court records show 19-year-old Zachary K. Thomas of Hamilton was arrested March 1 on a misdemeanor voyeurism charge. Hamilton police say a woman changing clothes in a tanning booth saw the cellphone being held over the top of a wall and confronted Thomas.
He is free on $445 bail pending an April 5 court hearing. Thomas’ telephone number and attorney’s name were not immediately available.
Police say the images found date from Dec. 2 through March 1. Investigators have been contacting the women who don’t know about the allegations. Thomas was not a salon employee.
