HUBBARD

Angela Bata and A.J. Giancola, both of Hubbard, were united in marriage Oct. 22 at St. Patrick Church. The Rev. Timothy O’Neill performed the ceremony for the daughter of Thomas Bata of Lake Milton and Karen Bata of Hubbard, and the son of Raymond and Sherry Giancola of Hubbard. A reception took place at The Lake Club in Poland.

Natalie Bata was the maid of honor for her sister, and bridesmaids were Marisa Mackos, the bride’s cousin; Anna Martin; Abbey Hancock; Annie O’Brien; Anna Giancola, the groom’s sister; Erica Vranches; and Christy Lalli.

Tony Giancola performed the duties of best man for his brother. Groomsmen were T. Bart Bata, the bride’s brother; and John Martin, Chris Sikora, Jerad Jordan, Dean Marshall, Josh Colletta, Andy Hamilton and Scott Watkins. Anthony Mymo, the bride’s nephew, served as ring bearer.

The bride received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kent State University. She is employed as a human resources manager for Nordstrom in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Giancola holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Ohio State University. He is a civil engineer for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in Oil City, Pa.

After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple are making their home in Hubbard.
