Destroyed by fire
edinburg, pa.
A fire destroyed a house trailer at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday. The family, including a man, woman and two children, were outside at the time. No one was hurt, the Mahoning Township Fire Department reported. The trailer was on Jenny Lane in the Garden View Trailer Park off Evergreen Road. The fire department said Poland Township, Neshannock Township and Pulaski fire departments also responded. The cause is under investigation.

Advance ride tickets for the annual McDonald’s Firefighter’s Homecoming from July 4 to 7 are available at the municipal building. Advance sale tickets are $5 for four tickets, and can be used of for one ticket per ride. Advance tickets are in limited supply for the sale. Tickets will also be available at the festival.
