STRUTHERS
F5RS, a pocket pet and parrot rescue and sanctuary, is sponsoring a toymaking event for rescue bunnies from noon to 2 p.m. Friday at Dogworts Academy in the old Buckeye School, 2734 Mount Vernon Ave.
Volunteers are needed, and no special skills are required.
Workshop volunteers will make bunny toys to be rolled, tossed or chewed for exercise and fun, and bunny blankets for snuggling.
