Indictments
A Mahoning County grand jury handed up indictments against the following people this week.
Cary Clinkscale, 19, Reed Avenue, Campbell, carrying a concealed weapon.
Brendan Daviduk, 18, Fifth Street, Struthers, carrying concealed weapons.
James Scott Jr., 35, Pointview Avenue, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.
Eric Triplett Jr., 21, Hawthorne Avenue, carrying concealed weapons.
Andre Little, 26, North Osborn Avenue, possession of heroin.
Elvis Cruz, 26, Kendall Avenue, Campbell, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.
James Patterson, 27, and Melissa Phillips, 41, both of Applewood Court, Boardman, trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.
Hector Ortiz, 39, Wilmette Lane, carrying concealed weapons.
Charese Perdue, 36, Green Acres Drive and West Boulevard, Boardman, forgery and passing bad checks.
Arthur Lucci Jr., 33, Coitsville Road, Campbell, improper discharge of a firearm at or into a habitation, felonious assault and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Israel Lopez, 40, Hudson Avenue, domestic violence.
Justin Kennedy, 24, and Jordan Kennedy, 31, East Marion Avenue, receiving stolen property and obstructing official business.
Kenneth Jordan, 39, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, receiving stolen property.
Thomas Owens, 30, Matta Avenue, illegal possession of a weapon and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
John DuBose, 56, Republic Avenue, possession of cocaine.
Brenda Moore, 51, Cohasset Avenue, felonious assault and endangering children.
William Jones, 51, Clearmont Avenue, receiving stolen property.
Dewon Dawson, 28, West Marion Avenue, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.
Richard Lightbody, 19, Gladstone Avenue, Campbell, attempted burglary.
Rodney Dodson, 50, Berkley Avenue, Struthers, and Savor Hendrix, 29, Roxbury Avenue, aggravated robbery with firearm and repeat violent offender specifications.
David Rozier, 59, East Midlothian Avenue, felonious assault.
James Osbourne, 55, Bush Avenue, possession of cocaine.
Norma Jean Esposito, 63, and Samuel Esposito, 23, Pointview Avenue, receiving stolen property.
