YOUNGSTOWN — Mahoning County commissioners closed the courthouse and county offices at 2 p.m. today. Exempt from the closing re the county's 911 center, engineer and sanitary engineer offices, which provide essential public safety services.
The courthouse and county offices are scheduled to reopen at 10 a.m. Thursday.
