Struthers 76, Beaver Local 24

STRUTHERS

The Wildcats remained undefeated by jumping out to a 23-10 lead and only allowing eight points in the second half. Struthers (9-0, 2-0 AAC American) was led by McKenna Shives’ 14 points and 13 from Ashley Hefferon. Ashley Ryan hit two 3-pointers and finished with 12 points. Beaver Local (1-7, 0-3) was led by eight points from Courtney Riccardi.

Fitch 52, Poland 32

POLAND

Megan Sefcik scored 19 points and had eight steals to lead Fitch (7-1, 2-1 AAC American), which led 27-10 at halftime. Brenda Thompson added 12 points. For Poland (7-2, 1-2), Aleah Hughes scored 13 points.

Hubbard 51, Niles 45

HUBBARD

Melissa Thomas had a game-high 20 points for Hubbard (2-6, 1-2 AAC American). Megan Morris scored 18 points, while Ashley Cline chipped in 10 for Niles (3-6, 1-2).

Girard 44, Jefferson 38

GIRARD

Bree Bishop had nine points, 17 rebounds and three steals to lead Girard (5-3, 2-1 AAC National), which jumped out to a 13-7 lead after the first quarter. Hayley Spalla added four points and six assists and Michaella Angelo and Miranda Boyle each added nine points. For Jefferson, Jessica Becker scored 12 points and LeeAnn Farr had 10.

Lakeview 77, Liberty 46

CORTLAND

Allie Pavlik scored 26 points to lead Lakeview (6-3, 3-0 AAC National). Marissa Naples added 12 points and nine rebounds, Addison Becker scored 12 points and Abby Pavlik dished out nine assists. Rachel Crum scored 18 points and Leah Leshnack 10 for Liberty (2-7, 0-3).

Champion 51, Campbell 19

CAMPBELL

Mackenzie Kiser scored 21 points and grabbed 16 rebounds in the Golden Flashes’ (4-3, 2-0 AAC National) rout of Campbell (0-7, 0-3). Gabby Lamont added 10 points, Darian Rogers had 10 rebounds and Heather Shaver recorded four assists.

Newton Falls 66, LaBrae 38

LEAVITTSBURG

A 21-6 first quarter keyed the Tigers (4-2, 2-0 AAC National). Brooke Barreca scored 13 points, Hannah Zelle had 11 and Danielle King 10. LaBrae (5-3, 2-1) was led by Ashlee Stubbs with 13 points and Lauren Rutherford with 11.

Lowellville 62, Wellsville 31

WELLSVILLE

Lowellville (7-0, 5-0 ITCL Tier Two) jumped out to a 24-3 lead after one quarter. Kaye Solak led the offense with 20 points, Rachel Durbin scored 16 and Katie Seidita added 10. Brittany Clendenning paced the Tigers (3-6, 2-3) with nine points.

Columbiana 58, Southern 16

COLUMBIANA

The Clippers made more 3-point field goals (10) than 2-pointers (eight) in the win. Lindsey Roncone and Bailey Mook led the offense with 11 points each. Columbiana (7-1, 4-1 ITCL Tier Two) held Southern (3-4, 2-3) to no more than six points in any quarter.

United 37, South Range 30

BEAVER TWP.

Emily Zehentbauer and Cassidy Yoder each scored 11 points to lead United (8-0, 5-0 ITCL Tier One), which jumped out to a 14-7 lead after one quarter. Lexi Naples scored 13 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Raiders (5-4, 4-1).

Crestview 54, Springfield 47

NEW MIDDLETOWN

Ashley Harrison had 19 points and Alexis Marnejon added 18 for Crestview (8-2, 4-1 Tier One), which trailed at the half, 30-26. Marnejon also had 10 rebounds, while Harrison had five assists and three steals. Callie Ford’s 18 points led Springfield (2-5, 2-3).

Leetonia 46, McDonald 35

MCDONALD

Nicole Mann led Leetonia (3-5, 2-3 ITCL Tier Two) with 15 points. Emily Schnieder scored 11 with 12 rebounds and Bethany Basich added 10 points and four steals. For McDonald (1-8, 1-4), Tory Ross and Jaden Stellmar each had 10 points.

Western Reserve 66, Sebring 41

SEBRING

Rachel Maslach scored 18 points and Tory White added 12 to lead Western Reserve (4-5, 4-1 ITCL Tier Two). Kelsi Settle scored 23 for Sebring (2-6, 0-5) while Murphy Flowers had 11.

Farrell, Pa. 50, Brookfield 49

BROOKFIELD

The Warriors (3-2) led 38-33 after three quarters but could not hold the lead against Farrell (5-1). Ashley Kirila contributed 10 points, 10 rebounds and six blocked shots for Brookfield, Tori Thompson had 10 points and seven steals and Danielle DiCristofaro scored 12 points.

NORTH JACKSON

The Bluejays (7-2, 3-2 ITCL Tier One) held Ridge (1-6, 0-5) to a single point in both the first and fourth quarters. Paige Kiraly led JM with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Madison Tomaino added 13 points and Rebecca Jones 12.

Lisbon 52, East Palestine 48

EAST PALESTINE

Pam Pierce had 17 points and 17 rebounds and Tiffany Ketchum added 15 points, four assists and four steals for the Blue Devils (4-4, 2-3 ITCL Tier One). Brooke Gedeon had 19 points and eight rebounds for EP (1-6, 0-5) and Haley Hall added 12 points.

Youngstown Christian 50, Mathews 45

VIENNA

Shanell Harris scored 16 points with four rebounds to lead YCS (4-5), which outscored Mathews 17-10 in the fourth. Destinee Snyder added 12 points. Dana Ellis scored 17 points and Jackie Rhine added 11 for the Mustangs (4-5).

Maplewood 53, Bristol 48

BRISTOLVILLE

Brooke Dawson scored 20 points and Allie Bell added 17 for Maplewood (6-2). Miranda Sloan added nine points and 10 assists. For Bristol (6-2), Allyson Jones had 12 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks.
