The top five concert tours, ranked by average box office gross per city. Includes the average ticket price for shows in North America. The previous week’s ranking is in parentheses. The list is based on data provided to the trade publication Pollstar by concert promoters and venue managers.

v (2) Roger Waters: $2,311,102; $110.86.

“Pretty Little Liars” (8 p.m., abc family): In the summer finale of “Pretty Little Liars,” all eyes are on Rosewood, which has become a media hot spot as Garrett’s (Yani Gellman) trial for Maya’s murder gets under way. We expect to be hanging from a very steep cliff by the end of it all.

The Children’s King and Queen Pageant will be Oct. 13 at 4 p.m. at Community Family Outreach Complex, 2165 Highland Ave.

The deadline for entry forms is Sept. 20.

‘Belt It Out’ class

Professional entertainers Rick Blackson and his wife and musical partner, Mary Jo Maluso, will host a “Belt It Out” master class on the fundamentals of belt voice singing Sept. 15 at Stage Left Theater Arts Academy, 23 Lisbon St.

A session for pre-teens is sch;eduled from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and teens from 3 to 4:30.

“Belt It Out” focuses on belt-voice singing, a natural and safe practice. Examples of “belting” are babies crying and children on a playground. Actress Renee Zellweger, was trained to belt while on the set of ”Chicago.”

The master class will include an explanation of belt voicing as well as demonstrations by Blackson and Maluso and his students. The class will be asked to participate in fun and loud exercises to discover their belt voices.

The cost is $35.

Jonesfest V at ledges

Nelson Ledges Quarry Park presents Jonesfest V on Sept. 14-16.

The event will feature Youngstown space rockers, Jones For Revival, headlining Sept. 14 and 15.

The extravaganza will feature Winslow, Moser Woods, The Bee’s Trees, Dr. FreshButter, LethalFX and Cosmic Circle.

Admission is $30 for three days and $20 for Sept. 15 and 16. There is no extra charge for camping.
