Paul M. and Deborah E. Elias of Poland are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Lane Elias, to Robert Allen Palguta, both of Struthers.
The parents of the future groom are Robert A. Palguta of Petersburg and Maria Fantone of Struthers.
Invitations will be extended for the 5:30 p.m. Oct. 6 wedding ceremony at the Edward W. Powers Auditorium and for a reception afterward at the DeYor Center, Youngstown.
Miss Elias is attending Youngstown State University and works as a bank specialist for Huntington National Bank in Boardman.
Mr. Palguta attended YSU and is employed as an assistant manager at Pep Boys in Boardman.
