Federal grand jury indicts Campbell man on drug charges


CLEVELAND — A federal grand jury has indicted a Campbell man on charges of conspiracy to possess and distribute more than 11 pounds of cocaine between November 2005 and July 2011 and distributing more than an ounce of crack cocaine July 27, 2010.

Dwayne L. Peace, 36, was charged after an investigation by the Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force, Austintown and Boardman police, the Ohio State Highway Patrol in Ravenna, and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Attorney said.

Akron-based Assistant U.S. Attorney Linda H. Barr presented the case to the grand jury. The case is assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Lesley Wells in Cleveland.
