ATV accident in Mahoning Township seriously injures 1

NEW CASTLE, pa.
A person was seriously injured in an ATV accident on Martin Kelly-Spear Road in Mahoning Township, Pa., according to a Lawrence County Emergency Operations Center dispatcher.
Little information was available. The accident occurred about 2 p.m. Sunday with the injured person taken by helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital for treatment, the dispatcher said.
The investigation is continuing.
