MAHONING COUNTY
Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays at eight locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance. Transportation is available for those 60 or older; call 330-884-2511 to set up. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Oct. 19: Honey dijon chicken, seasoned redskin potatoes, oriental mix vegetables, unsweetened diced pears, bread and margarine, banana pudding roll or sugar free cookie and milk.
Thursday, Oct. 20: Pulled pork, collard greens, mashed sweet potatoes, unsweetened diced peaches, margarine, gelatin cup, apple, hamburger bun and milk.
Friday, Oct. 21: Lasagna stacker, spaghetti sauce, spinach, yellow squash, unsweetened applesauce, banana muffin, vinegar, margarine, grape juice, and milk.
Saturday, Oct. 22: Chicken breast, romaine tossed salad, cold black bean and corn salad, watermelon, bun, low calorie mayo and mustard packets, low calorie french dressing, fudge round or sugar fee cookie, and milk.
Monday, Oct. 24: Teriyaki chicken bites with oriental vegetables, zucchini, fruit punch, tropical fruit, wheat bread, margarine, fortune cookie and milk.
Tuesday, Oct. 25: Pork rib- let with barbecue sauce, Diamond Jim bun, brussels sprouts, unsweetened diced peaches, romaine tossed salad, low calorie Italian dressing, chocolate cupcake or angel food cake, and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.50 per meal.
Wednesday, Oct. 19: Mild rope sausage, peppers and onions, french green beans, potato spudster, hot dog bun, cherry gelatin with fruit, or sugar-free gelatin with fruit, and milk.
Thursday, Oct. 20: Chicken Parmesan with sauce and provolone, penne pasta with sauce, wheat bread with margarine, apple, grape juice and milk.
Friday, Oct. 21: Barbecue riblet, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, bun, coleslaw and milk.
Monday, Oct. 24: Chicken quarter, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn rye bread wiht margarine, diced peaches and milk.
Tuesday, Oct, 25: Swedish meatballs, noodles with sauce, applesauce, diced carrots, wheat bread with margarine, orange, and milk.
