CORTLAND
The public is invited to attend a free holiday celebration starting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Lake Vista Retirement Community, 303 N. Mecca Road. After a tree lighting, there will be performances by the Lakeview Girls Choir.
Horse-drawn carriage rides will be available, and hot chocolate and cookies will be served.
