Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek MetroParks will welcome the holiday season with “Winter Celebration 2011 Merry and Bright: A Whimsical Adventure.”
The celebration will begin Dec. 3 and continue until Dec. 31 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays.
Visitors will enjoy holiday decorations and floral displays, as well as 47 holiday trees decorated by local nonprofit organizations.
Unique gifts can be found at Shop in the Gardens and diners at the Garden Caf can enjoy views of Lake Glacier.
On Dec. 4, 11 and 18, Merry and Bright Nights will provide an opportunity for families to enjoy Fellows Riverside Gardens from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
After the wintry walk, warm up in the Davis Center with music, cocoa and cookies.
Nonperishable food items will be collected throughout December at the gardens to support Gleaners Food Bank.
