Commuter bus hits house in NJ; at least 2 hurts

BARNEGAT, N.J. (AP) — At least two passengers are injured after a commuter bus crashed into a house in southern New Jersey.

New Jersey Transit spokeswoman Courtney Carroll says the injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Carroll says the bus hit the porch and did not go through the home.

The bus was carrying eight passengers from Atlantic City to Lakewood when the accident happened in the town of Barnegat.

The cause is being investigated.
