ELECTION UPDATE: Cranmer tops mayoral vote in Salem; Swoger leads in East Liverpool

In Columbiana County, unofficial final vote totals show Scott R. Cranmer with 73 percent of the votes over Dennis A. Groves in the Salem mayoral race and James P. Swoger with 52 percent of the votes over Brian Kerr in the East Liverpool mayoral primary.
