Woman indicted

WARREN

Zeboney Owens, 24, of Highland Avenue Southwest, has been indicted on three counts of felonious assault and three counts of aggravated vehicular assault in connection with driving a car into a crowd at the Glass House Bar, 2880 W. Market St., on Feb. 24. She will be arraigned at 11 a.m. April 6 in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court.

Police said they were called to the bar at 1:55 a.m. and learned that a driver had injured three people by hitting them with her car. Two of the injured were taken to St. Joseph Health Center for treatment, and a third refused treatment.

Some of the charges against Owens allege she was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time. If convicted of three counts of felonious assault, Owens could get up to 24 years in prison.
