GIRARD
March 26
Criminal mischief: An Earl Street woman discovered someone had shot her vehicle with BBs.
March 27
Unauthorized use of a vehicle: A Joan Avenue man reported another man borrowed but failed to return his 1995 Ford pickup truck.
Criminal mischief: Someone tossed eggs at two vehicles on Joan Drive.
Harassment: An East Main Street man told police a cousin sent numerous threatening text messages regarding tools the accuser had borrowed.
HUBBARD
March 22
Criminal damaging: A red Ford F-150 truck drove through and damaged part of a lawn in the 600 block of Meadowland Drive.
Theft: A man in the 800 block of West Liberty Street noticed items missing from his girlfriend’s car.
March 23
Menacing: A township man told police he had been threatened.
March 24
Trespassing: An East Water Street woman said a man drove an all-terrain vehicle through several back yards and her parking lot.
March 26
Theft: A campaign sign was removed from a yard in the 100 block of Bentley Avenue.
Theft: Someone stole a set of solar lights from a yard in the 60 block of Bentley Avenue.
Theft: A woman in the 60 block of Christian Avenue reported juveniles stole her bird feeder.

Theft: An Easter windmill lawn ornament was taken from a yard in the 100 block of Parkview Drive.
LIBERTY
March 22
Theft: Police responding to the theft of a baseball cap from Walmart, 200 Goldie Road, took 34-year-old Steven J. Mazzola, 2210 Rolling Meadows Drive NE, Warren, into custody. He was wanted on a warrant from Youngstown.
March 23
Menacing: A Trails Edge Drive woman said her former boyfriend sent and made unwanted text messages and calls and stopped by her home.
Theft: A woman reported the theft of her purse at a store in the 3400 block of Belmont Avenue.
Arrest: Authorities responded to a fight at a Motor Inn Drive motel, where they arrested 32-year-old Michael Johnson, 82 Tod Lane, Youngstown, on a warrant from Hubbard accusing him of failing to appear in court.
Theft: Someone left West Fork Roadhouse, 3850 Belmont Ave., without paying a $29 food bill.
Counterfeit: A man tried to pay for gasoline at Conroy’s Xpress, 3990 Belmont Ave., with a phony $10 bill. The man said he was unaware the note was fake and was not charged with a crime.
March 24
Recovered property: Police found a 1996 Mercury vehicle in the 4100 block of Belmont Avenue after it had been reported stolen in Youngstown.
March 25
Drug paraphernalia: Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 1600 block of Motor Inn Drive, then issued a summons to Dale W. Cross, 23, of 1002 Ohio Ave., McDonald, after saying he admitted a suspected marijuana pipe was his.
Arrests: Police charged 25-year-old Christina M. Danko, 25 N. Whitney Ave., and Earnest K. Wallace Jr., 472 Fairgreen Ave., both of Youngstown, with disorderly conduct after a vehicle was towed near Belmont Avenue. Danko screamed at the tow-truck driver, and Wallace became belligerent and uncooperative with police, a report said.
March 26
Arrest: A traffic stop near Hadley Avenue led to 35-year-old Rushad E. Chambers’ arrest. Chambers, of 2518 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, was wanted on a charge of failure to appear in court.
Criminal damaging: Someone at a Goldie Road store used a shopping cart to intentionally strike and do an estimated $500 in damage to a vehicle.
March 27
Theft: A man at a Belmont Avenue motel noticed $250 missing.
