Youngstown candidates forum is Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — The Core Team Ministry of the Union Baptist Church will have a candidates forum at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the church, 528 Lincoln Ave., for candidates, both opposed and unopposed, for city council positions in the May primary.
