Karen DeSalvo, formerly of Cortland, has been named chief marketing officer at Truliant Federal Credit Union in Winston Salem, N.C. DeSalvo was previously the senior vice president of marketing at Seven Seventeen Credit Union. She received her bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University. She is also a certified financial marketing professional and a graduate of the ABA School of Marketing and Management.

Cohen & Company, a Cleveland accounting firm, has hired Jenna Santisi as a staff accountant in the accounting and auditing department at its Youngstown location. Santisi is a graduate of Youngstown State University. She previously worked at SenSource Inc., a Youngstown-based company that specializes in people- and vehicle-counting services.

Al Sauline III, formerly of Hubbard, has been elected president of the board of directors for Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida-Panama City Region. Sauline is a graduate of Youngstown State University and Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law. He is an associate with McConnaughhay, Duffy, Coonrod, Pope & Weaver, a law firm that specializes in workers’ compensation defense.

Dr. Andria Marie D’Amato is the new director of acupuncture pain management at D’Amato Chiropractic Clinic in Poland. D’Amato graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School and received bachelor’s degrees from Logan University and St. Francis University. She is certified by the Ohio State Chiropractic Board and is a fellow in the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
Gerrianne Costantini of Girard has been named nurse manager of the telemetry unit at St. Joseph Health Center. Prior to her appointment, Costantini was patient-flow coordinator at SJHC. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Youngstown State University.
Robert G. Gudyk Jr. of New Castle, Pa., has been named nurse manager of the intermediate medical/surgical unit (6-West) at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center. Gudyk had been nurse coordinator for the intermediate coronary-care unit at St. Elizabeth Health Center. He has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from YSU and is certified in progressive-care nursing.
Brad Cunningham of Austintown has been named nurse manager of the intermediate units (3- and 4-West) at SEBHC. Cunningham had been employed by Sharon Regional Health System, where he worked in intensive care and step-down units and most recently served as clinical manager at Sharon Cardiology. He has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from YSU.
Brian Dinger of Canfield has been named director of radiology and noninvasive cardiology for SEBHC, St. Elizabeth Emergency and Diagnostic Center in Austintown and Poland Imaging. Dinger had been employed as the business manager for emergency services at Akron General Hospital. A certified nuclear medicine technologist, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College and is pursuing a master’s degree in health administration at Ohio University.
Robert E. Sillitoe Jr. of Warren has been named manager of physician practices for Humility of Mary Health Partners. Sillitoe had been employed as the practice administrator for the Toledo Hospital Family Medicine Residency in Toledo. He has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Findlay; a bachelor’s degree in business from Lourdes College; and an associate degree in applied sciences, respiratory therapy, from YSU.
Missy Russo of Canfield has been named manager of physician practices for HMHP. Russo had been employed as the practice manager for Diagnostic Cardiology Associates in Youngstown. She will complete her studies for a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Walsh University in June.
