YOUNGSTOWN — Northside Medical Center, Trumbull Memorial Hospital, Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital and affiliated health-care facilities are now united as ValleyCare Health System.
ValleyCare Health System represents the Mahoning Valley geographic region served by these facilities and the shared commitment to provide quality care for patients.
The hospitals’ boards of trustees have adopted the new system name to replace the Forum Health name.
Each hospital will continue to use its own name, but will also call itself an affiliate of ValleyCare Health System. Outpatient facilities, such as Austintown and Elm Road, and employed physician practices will also be branded with ValleyCare.
