Today's tornado warning canceled
CLEVELAND — Due to the risk of severe weather across central and southern Ohio, the statewide tornado drill was canceled today.
The National Weather Service decided not to test tornado sirens at 9:50 a.m. as scheduled. Another drill date has not been announced, according to a Cleveland news station.
Areas south of Youngstown, Canton, and Wooster have a slight chance of severe storms this afternoon. The storms may contain large hail and damaging winds.
