Warren BOE approves Rios as head football coach

The Warren board of education unanimously approved Rick Rios as Harding's new head football coach.

Rios, who was approved by a 5-0 vote at a special session Tuesday afternoon, has spent the last 11 years as the head football coach at Toledo Rogers High.

He led Rogers to the Division II playoffs three times -- the only three playoff appearances in school history.
