Pet Expo Show & Sale planned at Eastwood

The Northeast Ohio Pet Expo Show & Sale at the Eastwood Expo Center, 5555 Youngstown-Warren Road, will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 2 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 3.

Organizers say the expo is the largest between Pittsburgh and Cleveland.

Among the festivities will be a pet fashion show and many seminars.

Special guest will be Doris Straka of Cleveland. She communicates with pets, relating what the pet is really feeling and will help with a variety of pet issues from sources of pain, changes in behavior, overcoming bad habits and more.

Straka does seminars and has one-on-one sessions.

There also will be live animals on exhibit as well as the ones for sale and adoption from Angels for Animals, animal charities and more.

The show will offer pet owners and pet lovers the chance to learn more about their pets and be exposed to different products and services that will help them enjoy their animals.

A pet fashion show will be at 1 p.m. April 3.

Participants also can sign up for the Pet Vacation Giveaway. There will be raffles, door prizes, and food for people as well as pets.
