Thomas Nickerson, 23, of West Boston Avenue, felonious assault with a firearm specification and being a felon with a gun.

Anthony Wilkins, 22, of Upland Avenue, two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications.

Jonathan Peek, 33, of Adams Street, Campbell, misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Devon Damous, 18, of East Auburndale Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Brad Smith, 38, of Pothour-Wheeler Road, Hubbard, cocaine possession.

Johnny Hernandez-Molina, 42, of East Lucius Avenue, domestic violence.

Jeffrey C. Howell, 30, of Early Road, failure to comply with a police order.

Shakia N. Beachum, 21, of Beechwood Drive, Youngstown, theft.

Delshawn L. Torres, 21, of Belmont Avenue, Warren, theft.

Gloria Atkins, 53, of West Princeton Avenue, two counts of receiving stolen property.

Jacqueline Price, 25, of North Garland Avenue, drug possession.

K’Shaun Weaver, 19, of Clinton Street or Oak Street, heroin possession with a forfeiture specification.

Matthew McCale, 48, of Western Reserve Road, Canfield, theft.

Jesse L. Cooper Jr., 37, of West Ravenwood Avenue, two counts of theft.

Arthur Perkins, 41, of Plymouth Street, breaking and entering and vandalism.

John W. Siweckyj, 43, of Fountain Square, Austintown, burglary.

James L. Davis Jr., 51, of South Pricetown Road, Diamond, illegal use of WIC program benefits.

Daniel S. Bussard, 33, of Cain Street, harassment with bodily substance by inmate.

Trent R. Henry, 28, of Market Street, North Lima, vandalism and disrupting public services.

Darius Moore, 25, of East Philadelphia Avenue, heroin possession.

Kiesha D. Martin, also known as Kiesha Collier, 35, of Irma Avenue, two counts each of illegal processing of drug documents and theft of drugs.

Thomas B. Shearer, 27, of Plum Street, Greenville, Pa., breaking and entering.

Robert Rall, 27, of State Street, Grove City, Pa., breaking and entering.

The grand jury declined to indict William Watson, with addresses on Crescent Street, Struthers, and Vestal Road, Youngstown, on a menacing by stalking charge.
