James and Janice Frank of Boardman announce the engagement of their daughter, Dana Lynn Frank, to Phillip Schneeberger, son of William and Dawn Schneeberger of Cleveland.
An October wedding is being planned at St. Christine Church in Youngstown.
Miss Frank graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in psychology and neuroscience. She is pursuing her doctorate in regulatory biology and molecular medicine at Cleveland State University.
Mr. Schneeberger graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in sociology and English. He is employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs in Cleveland.
