NEOUCOM Pharmacy graduates

Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy in Rootstown welcomed Ohio’s newest physicians at a commencement ceremony recently at E.J. Thomas Hall in Akron. The local graduates are:

Austintown: Dr. James J. Henning is a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and Youngstown State University and is the son of Karen Henning of Youngstown. He will serve as a pharmacist at Rite Aid Pharmacy in Sparta, Tenn.

Boardman: Dr. Vincent J. Peyko is a graduate of Boardman High School and completed coursework at Youngstown State University and Miami University and is the son of Vincent and Jocelyn Peyko. He will serve as a pharmacy resident at Maimonides Medical Center in New York, N.Y.

Canfield: Dr. Carly Melissa Danko is a graduate of Canfield High School and the University of Toledo and is the daughter of Tom and Cheryl Danko of Canfield. She will serve as a pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy in Youngstown.

Canfield: Dr. Jennifer Lynn Krivonak is a graduate of Canfield High School, Youngstown State University and the University of Toledo. She is the daughter of David and Janette Vodhanel and is married to John Krivonak. She will serve as a pharmacist at Rite Aid Pharmacy in Cleveland.

Cranberry Township: Dr. Stephanie Lynne Hutchinson is a graduate of Seneca Valley Senior High School and the University of Pittsburgh and is the daughter of Trevor and Linda Curtis of Cranberry Township, Pa. She is married to Brian Hutchinson. She will serve as a pharmacist at Target Pharmacy in Austin, Texas.

Cuyahoga Falls: Dr. Robert James Nearhoof is a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School and is the son of Jack and Carla Nearhoof of Lake Milton, and Linda and Joe Demeter of Granville, Ohio. He will serve as a pharmacist at Klein’s Pharmacy in Cuyahoga Falls.

Hubbard: Dr. Brendan James Shinosky is a graduate of Ursuline High School, Youngstown State University and SUNY Buffalo. He is the son of Walter and Mary Jo Shinosky of Hubbard. He will serve as a pharmacist at Rite Aid Pharmacy in Youngstown.

Hubbard: Dr. Holly Nicole Taylor is a graduate of Hubbard High School and Youngstown State University and is the daughter of Edwin and Roxanne Taylor of Hubbard. She will serve as a pharmacist at Giant Eagle Pharmacy in the Akron/Cleveland region.

Huntsville, Ohio: Dr. Tiffanie Renee Hauenstein is a graduate of Indian Lake High School and the University of Findlay and is the daughter of Ken Swartz of Huntsville and Teresa Dapore of Sarasota, Fla. She is married to Nathan Hauenstein. She will serve as a pharmacist at Pharmacy Data Management in Boardman.

New Middletown: Dr. Michelle Lynn Blower is a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and Youngstown State University and is the daughter of James and Nancy Dudley of Austintown. She is married to Robert E. Blower Jr. and they have a son, Landon. She will serve as a pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy in Youngstown.

Niles: Dr. Mark Callow is a graduate of Howland High School and Youngstown State University and is the son of Carl L. Callow and Rose Tommassi Callow of Niles. He is assigned to Kentucky State University, where he will specialize in neurology.

Poland: Dr. Jennifer Elizabeth Singleton is a graduate of Boardman High School and the University of Mount Union and is the daughter of Ken and Andrea Singleton of Poland. She will serve as a clinical pharmacist at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland.

Rogers: Dr. Landry Cairns Channels is a graduate of Beaver Local High School and Youngstown State University and is the daughter of Cynthia Cairns of Austintown, and Alan Detwiler of Rogers. She is married to John Channels. She will serve as a pharmacist at Walgreens Pharmacy in Youngstown.

Rootstown: Dr. Christopher Paul Shelby is a graduate of Howland High School and Kent State University and is the son of Pam Shelby and the late Paul Shelby of Girard, and Valerie Patrick of Altamonte Springs, Fla. He is married to Christie Shelby. They are the parents of Jackson Paul and Maya Anna Shelby. He will serve as a pharmacy resident at Akron General Medical Center in Akron.
