A Visit to Fellows Riverside Gardens: A Treasure of the Mahoning Valley is a program planned by the Jewish Community Center.
On Thursday, participants will meet at 10:30 a.m. at the JCC, 505 Gypsy Lane, and carpool, or meet at the gardens at 11 a.m.
The cost is $5 per member or $10 per nonmember.
The visit will include an interesting program of the “Thrillers, Fillers and Spillers of Container Gardening,” led by one of the Mill Creek horticulture specialists, followed by lunch in the Garden Café , where the view overlooks Lake Glacier.
After lunch, trained guides will escort the group on a leisurely paced tour. Lunch is on your own in the Garden Café.
