Evan Rees and Elizabeth McConnell
The engagement of Elizabeth McConnell, daughter of Mark and Susan McCon-nell, all of Boardman, to Evan Rees, son of Barbara Rees, both of Canfield, and the late Jack Rees, is being announced by the couple’s parents.
The wedding will take place at noon July 17 at Wee Kirk o’ the Heather Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for an evening reception at VooDoo Steak, also in Las Vegas.
Miss McConnell graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Youngstown State University.
She is employed by Turning Technologies in Youngstown as Northeast regional sales manager-higher education.
Mr. Rees graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. He is owner/operator at Meander Hill, LLC, in Austintown.
