Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine on Friday filed a lawsuit against New York-based Allcare Dental and Dentures for failing to deliver promised services to customers.
Allcare abruptly closed all of its nationwide locations in January, including one on U.S. Route 224 in Boardman.
“When Allcare shut its doors, it left behind hundreds of Ohioans who had paid for dental products and services they never received,” DeWine said Friday.
