Strauss-Kahn accuser to see prosecutors

Wednesday, July 27, 2011

NEW YORK (AP) — A person with knowledge of the investigation into the sex assault case against Dominique Strauss-Kahn tells The Associated Press the accuser will meet with prosecutors.

The person says hotel maid Nafissatou Diallo will meet with prosecutors today for another interview in their investigation. The person was not authorized to speak publicly about the issue and therefore spoke on condition of anonymity.

Diallo broke her silence in recent days with interviews in Newsweek and on a series of ABC News programs.

Wednesday’s meeting will be the first time she’s spoken with prosecutors since they publicly announced they had doubts about her credibility.
