Stun guns fail to stop Girard man from resisting arrest in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — A Girard man is in custody on a list of charges after a fight where not even officers’ stun guns could make him stop his resistance to police.

Andrew Lippiatt, 18, of Lawrence Avenue, is charged with assault, resisting arrest, felonious assault and possession of marijuana. He was arrested late Saturday night on the city’s West Side.
