Dodge Sweeper

The Ervin Dodge Memorial Sweeper will be Feb. 12 at noon at Boardman Lanes. Open to men and women in handicap and scratch divisions, the format is five games across 10 lanes. Entry fee is $40 per division. Jackpots and brackets are optional. Proceeds benefit the Erv “Magic” Dodge scholarship fund which was established at YSU in 1999.

Women’s senior singles

The 19th annual senior singles tournament of the Youngstown-Salem USBC Women’s Bowling Association will be March 26 at 2 p.m. and March 27 at 11 a.m. at Bell-Wick Bowl in Hubbard. Entry fee is $17 for the five-division event: Class AA (77 & older), Class A (70-76), Class B (65-69), Class C (60-64) and Class D (55-59). Forms, which are available at all bowling centers, must be returned before March 18. West Side Pizza Joe’s and C-G Pro Shop are co-sponsors of the handicap tournament.
