With all indications of a more positive economic future in the area, three new tenants will join The Shops at Boardman Park in 2011.
Ulta Beauty, America’s Best Contacts and Sunglasses and Scottrade will be moving into the Shops.
“We’re excited to welcome three new tenants into our center, which already boasts the most impressive tenant mix in the Mahoning Valley,” said owner and developer of the Shops David Handel.
Construction is under way on Ulta Beauty, a 10,290-square-foot beauty and specialty superstore to the right of Target, with plans for opening late spring, early summer.
America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, a leading discount manufacturer and distributor of eyeglasses and contact lenses, is another new tenant to soon join the Shops at Boardman Park next to Caribou Coffee. With construction and renovations already in progress, America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses is tentatively scheduled for a spring opening.
Scotttrade, a leading online investment firm, has opened a branch office at The Shops at Boardman Park. Scottrade, headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., offers a full line of investment products, online trading service and marketing research tools to help investors with their financial strategies.
