Learn about college financial aid Tuesday at Chaney

As a part of its Senior Extravaganza, Chaney High School will host a Financial Aid Night Tuesday during parent-teacher conferences.

The conferences begin at 3:30 p.m. and end at 6 p.m. Gina McHenry, associate director of scholarships and financial aid at Youngstown State University, will be the presenter. She will review the Free Application for Student Financial Aid Form (FAFSA).

The workshop and Powerpoint presentation takes place in the library beginning at 5 p.m. Refreshments will be available, as well as information regarding scholarships, technical schools, worksheets, tutoring information, testing, careers, and student newsletters.

Parents of seniors and juniors are encouraged to attend.
