At the Coshocton Campus of Central Ohio Technical College, Heather A. Klesch joined COTC’s Coshocton Campus Advisory Board. Klesch, a 2000 graduate of Struthers High School and a daugher of Lori Wagner Klesch of Struthers, is the environmental manager at Clow Water Systems Company. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in chemical engineering.
