Funny clip will air on ‘Funniest Videos’

A video clip of Carlie DiRenzo, 7, the daughter of Michelle and Bill DiRenzo of Austintown, will air on “America’s Funniest Videos” at 7 p.m. Sunday on ABC. Titled “The Weather Girl Has To Go Potty,” the video was shot and submitted in 2008, when Carlie was 3. In the video, the youngster pretends that she is giving the weather report, when she starts teetering. While trying her best to look professional, she soon runs off to the bathroom. Carlie is a student at Immaculate Heart of Mary-St. Joseph’s School in Austintown.

Theater to have auditions for ‘Fat Pig’

YOUNGSTOWN

Oakland Center for the Arts will have auditions at 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday for the play “Fat Pig” by Neil Labute. Chris Fidram is the director. Four roles are needed: two men in their 20s-30s; one “plus-size” woman who exudes confidence and humor; and one woman in her 20s-30s. Auditioners should be prepared to read from the script.

Performances are April 1-16. The Oakland is located at 220 W. Boardman St. For more information, call 330-718-5515.
