Sheen hospitalized with abdominal pain

LOS ANGELES (AP)

Charlie Sheen's publicist says the actor has been hospitalized in Los Angeles with severe abdominal pains.

Publicist Stan Rosenfield gave no other details of the 45-year-old's condition.

Celebrity website TMZ.com was the first to report Sheen's hospitalization Thursday.

TMZ says Sheen was taken by ambulance after an early morning 911 call.
