Cody Dillon had 15 points and 11 rebounds to lead Newton Falls to its 10th win of the season. Dale Kernen added 11 points for the Tigers (10-2), who outscored JFK 19-5 in the fourth quarter.

Martae Hainesworth led the Eagles (6-7) with 14 points, while Carl Broadbent added 12.

BOARDMAN

Brooke Meenachan led 10 Spartan scorers with 13 points as Boardman (5-8) jumped out to a 42-5 lead at the break.

Jenna Kuczek added 10 points for the Spartans who had almost as many 3-pointers made (12) as points allowed (13).

Austintown Fitch 56,

Warren Harding 54

WARREN

Freshman Megan Sefcik scored 24 points as Fitch won its eight game. Eric Braxton and Mariah Snowden added 10 points each for the Falcons (8-5).

Harding (10-3) was led by Anita Brown with 18 points and 11 rebounds, and Kourtney Williams with 13 points and nine rebounds.

CANTON

Laneisha Lennon collected 23 points and six rebounds for the Bulldogs (14-0) who led just 23-21 at intermission.

Sabrina Mangapora had 20 points and nine rebounds for the Cardinals (9-4).

Mineral Ridge 43,

Springfield 32

MINERAL RIDGE

Megan Ben scored 15 points and Mineral Ridge rallied from a nine-point first-quarter deficit. The Rams outscored Springfield 15-3 in the third quarter to pull away from a 19-19 halftime tie. Brittany Bevilacqua added four 3-pointers and 14 points for Mineral Ridge (8-6, 3-6 Inter Tri-County League).

Brooke Schrieber led Springfield (3-12, 3-6) with 13 points.

Bristol 32,

Maplewood 25

BRISTOLVILLE

Allyson Jones scored nine points to lead Bristol in a Northeastern Athletic Conference game. Kasey Jones added eight points for the Panthers (6-8, 4-4), who led 16-11 at halftime. Maplewood (4-9, 3-4) was paced by Brooke Dawson, who finished with 12 points. Allison Bell added six points for the Rockets.
