YOUNGSTOWN — North Phelps Street, between Federal Street and West Commerce Street, and Commerce Street between Wick Avenue and North Hazel Street, will be closed Saturday and Sunday.
The roads will be closed for the delivery and installation of roof top mechanical equipment at 20 Federal Place. A detour will be posted.
